• If you don’t know the e-mail of the person you are interested in, you can send an e-mail to their Facebook address — username@facebook.com. The network will redirect the message to the e-mail the account is registered with.
• Find a lost document and any other file or launch a program:

1. Windows — Win + R, enter request
2. macOS — Cmd + Space (Spotlight), enter request

• To change the font size in Word:

1. Windows — Shift + F3
2. macOS — Shift + F3

• Google Docs is a great tool for people who work with text a lot. All documents are saved every second and you can edit them from any device.
• To find a deleted page or find out what a website looked like previously, you can use the web time travel machine.
• The little bumps on the keyboard help you position your hands on the keyboard in the right way without looking. So, your index fingers should be on keys “F” and “J” for blind typing.
• To learn the time in any city, type “time+city” into the search engine.

If you have a pen drive, chances are high that you have encountered the shortcut virus problem. You insert your pen drive in your lappy and baam this sight hits you.

People who don’t know how to remove this virus, they just perform a format over infected storage. Which is really not required. So here is how to tackle this problem.

1. By changing folder properties:
1. After inserting your pd, open control panel and click on folder options(under appearance and personalisation).Then select the View tab.
2. Under Advanced settings, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives, and then select Ok.
3. Now open your pd. The shortcut virus will still be there but there will also be a hidden faded folder which you can open and access the contents of your pd.
2. Through cmd:
1. After you have inserted your pen drive, check the drive letter it appears as. Like G, F etc.
2. Run cmd.( Press Win+R and then type cmd.exe and then click on Ok. )
3. Type the following command as it is, just replace the last letter with the drive letter. attrib -H -R -S /S /D G:\*.* Here I’ve used G as the drive letter.
4. Now open your pd. The shortcut virus would have vanished by now.

 Actually your windows has to control panels.
God mode is something that serves users more than 260 settings on any windows version and that too in a particular location. It gives system administrators access to numbers of settings that are actually hidden or not available in the form of shortcuts. God mode will be helpful for users who want to access more complex system configurations.

God mode was first revealed in 2007 and it works on all windows versions which include Windows 7, Windows 8 and also the new one Windows 10

Let me tell you how to enable the GodeMode:

• Firstly go to your desktop and create a new folder:

• Now rename it with this name:
  
   GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

• Now save it ,then you will see that your normal folder icon will look like a control panel icon

• Now double click it to open and wollah you got more controls over your efault system configuration settings!!feel like god with your god_mode.

Recently, I came across a lifesaving feature of Microsoft word and realized many of my friends didn’t know about this.

It happens every day that we cut/copy some text and forget to paste it, and then copy some other text - the previous one is lost forever. Sometimes the previously copied data is unrecoverable. This is vastly inconvenient!

Here is the savior: The small, little diagonally down pointing arrow.

This clipboard is a “store” where the data you copy is placed before it is placed into the target place. This keeps a history of all the data (text and graphics) you cut or copy from anywhere (even from other applications). This comes really very handy and saves a lot of time when you have to do lots of copy and paste (which I hope everyone does :D).

Next time you need some previously copied data, just open Clipboard and click on the item you want to paste. That’s it!

1. There is a time when you are tired of accessing your PC's setting from different locations.

To enable GodMode, right-click on the desktop and click New > Folder.

Now Rename the folder as:

GodMode.{ED7BAa470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

Voila, you have all your settings at one place.

Hold mouse press on any opened folder from its title bar and shake your mouse.

Save this file with .bat extension. Execute it and after a message your PC will shutdown .

5. Sometimes you get some unresponsive page which halts all your work when using Chrome Browser.

Press SHIFT + ESC , to access Chrome's Task Manager.

6. Want to speed up your Windows ???

Disable Start up programs:

Press Window + R button and type msconfig in the box.

Navigate to StartUp tab and disable all programs that you want to disable at startup.
